About us
The Gelisme Foundation for Sustainable Development is a non-profit organisation based in the Łódź Voivodeship. Our main aim is to work for sustainable development and equal opportunities, in both economic and social terms. We also support the development of individuals, organisations and local communities through international cooperation in the field of education.
Thanks to our broad network of contacts, we carry out projects aimed at individuals and communities across Europe, helping them overcome challenges and develop their potential. In our work, we focus on an interdisciplinary approach, combining innovative educational solutions with practical support.
Our initiatives include educational programmes, workshops, training and activities that support social integration. We deliver projects in various European countries, supporting young people, women, entrepreneurs, as well as groups at risk of social exclusion. Gelisme places particular emphasis on developing soft and professional skills, promoting entrepreneurship, as well as climate education and activities for environmental protection.
Each of our projects is based on cooperation with local and international partners – organisations, educational institutions, local authorities and the business sector. In this way, we create space for exchanging knowledge and experience, strengthening the lasting impact of our work.
