We are an interdisciplinary team with many years of experience in delivering educational solutions for individuals and groups with diverse needs. We also have hands-on expertise in managing projects at both national and international level.
Daria Zawalska holds a master’s degree in international relations, is a PhD candidate and has managed EU projects since 2006. She is an expert in international projects funded by the EU, both as a project coordinator and as a partner, with advanced knowledge of project management techniques and budget management. She has been involved in delivering projects across a range of fields, including the creation of training materials on personal development, innovation, sustainable approaches for various sectors, CSR, CSV, and learning and teaching methodologies. She is fluent in English and Spanish and holds the IPMA D certificate.

Anna Naumowicz is an expert in digital transformation projects, responsible for evaluating training schemes. She holds a master’s degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Łódź and is a graduate of postgraduate studies in finance, management accounting and controlling. She holds an IFRS certificate obtained at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, as well as a Ministry of Finance licence for the provision of bookkeeping services (no. 25513/01). She has 20 years of experience running her own accounting office and managing companies as chief accountant/chief financial officer. She lectures on business plans, financial advisory for start-ups, the preparation of financial statements and cooperation with auditors, teaches business economics at the European School, and chairs the evaluation committee of the Foundation in Support of Local Democracy. She is fluent in English.
Sergiu Băltăţescu holds a PhD in sociology from the University of Bucharest. He is a professor and doctoral supervisor in the field of sociology at the University of Oradea in Romania. He specialises in quality of life, social indicators, the sociology of culture and quantitative research. He has coordinated many national and international research projects on society, quality of life and well-being, and is the author of numerous studies on these and other related topics. He is a former director of the Department of Sociology and Social Work at the University of Oradea. He serves on the boards of many international journals, and is president of the Balkan Sociological Forum and vice-president of the Romanian Sociological Society. He is fluent in English and French.
